Max leads the Finance desk at Bishop Rock Partners, specialising in placing Finance lawyers across leading US and UK law firms. He has extensive experience advising mid-to-senior level lawyers on strategic career moves, helping them navigate the market with confidence and clarity.

Max takes a relationship-led approach to recruitment, partnering closely with both Partners and Associates to deliver thoughtful, high-quality advice and long-term solutions across the Finance space.

Outside of work, Max is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys keeping active whenever he can. He’s a keen padel and tennis player, and also loves spending time on the golf course. Whether competing with friends or unwinding after a busy week, sport plays a big part in how Max relaxes and stays connected.
