Nick has been involved with legal search and selection since 2008. He founded a legal and finance search business and grew it to £21m revenue before exiting via a series of transactions. Subsequently, Nick leads Bishop Rock Partners’ structured finance practice. The practice focusses on structured finance, securitisation and derivatives lawyers. It helps legal practice firms with team moves, lateral partner hires and lateral non-partner hires across multiple geographies and it helps structured finance lawyers advance their careers.

Nick spends most of his time outside of work with his partner, his two sons and his friends. He has a focus on fitness and wellbeing, is a former competitive distance runner, a lover of skiing and the great outdoors, and a previously accomplished and nowadays passable pianist.
