Rob Loder is a Director at Bishop Rock Partners, overseeing the firm’s operations across the UK, EMEA and the US. He is responsible for driving the company’s vision to establish itself as a leading search and selection firm within the Tax and Legal sectors, ensuring consistent excellence in delivery for both clients and candidates.

In addition to his leadership role, Rob heads the firm’s charitable initiatives, developing partnerships with organisations that reflect Bishop Rock Partners’ values and the communities it serves.

Rob is a keen sportsman and recently completed the London Marathon. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and cooking — passions inspired by his time working as a chef in France earlier in his career.
